Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Employee productivity is a key determinant of organizational success, and effective communication plays a crucial role in driving performance. Corporate communication facilitates the flow of information, alignment of goals, and enhancement of employee engagement, all of which contribute to higher productivity levels.
